Delivery & Technical
How do I get my files after purchase?
Instant download from Etsy. Go to your Etsy Purchases page: https://www.etsy.com/your/purchases. Download the ZIP folder. Extract the files. Everything is inside.
I can't download the files. Help?
- Use a desktop browser (not mobile — Etsy app downloads are buggy)
- Check your internet connection
- Try a different browser
- If the file is large, it may redirect to Google Drive or Dropbox — follow the link and download from there
- If you still have issues, message via Etsy and I'll send the files manually
The ZIP file won't open. What do I do?
- Mac: double-click the ZIP to extract
- Windows: right-click → Extract All
- Mobile: use a computer if possible, or try Zip Viewer (iOS) or ZArchiver (Android)
Can I re-download the files if I lose them?
Etsy allows re-downloads for a limited time (check Etsy's policy). Save the files to your computer, Google Drive, or Dropbox immediately after purchase as a backup.

What can I do with the product?
